Parent Communications
The University of Chicago strives to keep parents informed about what’s happening on campus. The summer before your first-year or transfer student arrives on campus, the College Programming Office will mail you specific information pertaining to Orientation. Additionally, each summer while your student is in enrolled in the College, you will receive a letter from the Office of the Dean of Students personalized to your student’s class level with expectations for the coming year as well as an academic calendar. Throughout the year and the summer, please continue to use the parents website as a mechanism to finding out what is happening on campus.
