While this site is intended primarily to provide information that you as parents of a Chicago student want and need, we also wanted to provide a way for you to connect with the University of Chicago in ways closer to home or more directly related to your own personal academic or professional areas of interests.
Attend a UChicago Event in your area
Whether or not you call Chicago your home, the University of Chicago hosts events around the world with the help of our regional and international alumni clubs, as well as parents and friends. Regional events range from lectures given by our world renowned faculty to regular book clubs to visits to museums, theaters, and restaurants for an opportunity to get together. We invite parents and families of students to view the University of Chicago Alumni and Friends website to find events and groups in your area.
